Where does the pricing data come from?
From the tool directory itself. Every price observation is logged with the date it was recorded and what it is charged per — month, year, per seat, per minute or per million tokens — so a per-year enterprise quote is never presented as a monthly figure.
Can I cite these statistics?
Yes. The pricing statistics are published under CC BY 4.0 and are free to use in articles, research and presentations with credit and a link. The page states the sample size and the date the figures were generated.
