Overview

Catalog educational resources by subject, learner level, format, topic and source using standardized metadata and concise summaries derived from the supplied resource information.

Why it works

Education organizations often have large collections that are difficult to search because metadata is inconsistent. AI can accelerate first-pass tagging and summarization while educators validate classifications.

How it makes money

One-off project

How to start

  1. Collect the approved educational resource inventory.
  2. Define catalog fields such as subject, grade, format and topic.
  3. Extract metadata from resource descriptions.
  4. Standardize titles and category labels.
  5. Generate concise summaries from the source material.
  6. Flag uncertain grade or subject classifications.
  7. Have an educator review a sample of records.
  8. Import approved metadata into the resource library.
  9. Run duplicate and missing-field checks.
  10. Deliver the catalog and exception list.
  11. Offer ongoing catalog maintenance.
